SHIPPING (all parcels are tracked):

NEW ZEALAND:
Please allow an estimated delivery time of 2 - 5 working days for your items. Please note that items are sent within business hours and business days. We will email you a confirmation once your order is processed and shipped, including relevant tacking details.

Please provide a physical daytime address as we cannot deliver to PO box numbers. Delivery will occur Monday to Friday between the hours of 9.00am - 5.00pm

By default the package must be signed for when delivered. If you wish to opt for no signature / leave at door option please let us know when making your order. Situ Studio cannot assume any responsibility for parcels left without a signature.

AUSTRALIA:

Once an order is placed we take no responsibility for charges incurred at the receiver’s end as this can vary dependent on the rules of customs in the country of destination. These are not included in your purchase and are the liability of the purchaser not Situ Studio.

IMPORTANT For USA Customers: 

Orders include the new import tariffs that apply to all goods entering the USA.  A 15% tariff and a 3% government fee are incorporated into the cost of the product purchased. SITU STUDIO will pay these fees on your behalf.
