Refunds & Returns
Please choose your items carefully. We are happy to exchange full priced goods that are returned in their original unused condition within 7 days of purchase. Situ Studio reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise in question does not meet the above requirements.

Please note Situ Studio cannot guarantee that an item is in stock. We will inform you of any lead times if applicable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late / Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
Please make prompt contact with rosa@situstudio.co.nz with a brief explanation for your return/exchange before sending the item. Your return/exchange needs to be sent back within 7 days after receiving your order.

The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping costs; including tracking, local duties and taxes if applicable. We do not refund any postal charges.
